Welcome to Off Beat Adventure Snow. By booking a trip, using our website, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any travel arrangements with us.

  1. Booking and Payment
    To confirm your booking, full or partial payment may be required depending on the trip type and duration. All prices are listed in the relevant currency and may be subject to change before final confirmation.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Cancellations made by you must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before the trip: Partial refund, minus booking fees

  • 15 to 30 days before the trip: 50 percent refund

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

In case Off Beat Adventure Snow cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety risks, or low participation, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

  1. Travel Insurance
    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Off Beat Adventure Snow is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel disruptions or personal emergencies.

  2. Health and Safety
    Participation in our trips requires a basic level of physical fitness and mental preparedness. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to travel. Off Beat Adventure Snow is not liable for injuries or health issues that arise during the trip unless caused by our direct negligence.

  3. Responsibilities of Participants
    All travelers are expected to follow the instructions of guides and staff, respect the local environment, and behave in a way that ensures the safety and enjoyment of the entire group. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

  4. Travel Documents and Requirements
    It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and identification are in order before departure. Off Beat Adventure Snow is not responsible for delays, missed trips, or legal issues arising from incomplete travel documentation.

  5. Liability Disclaimer
    While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, outdoor adventure travel involves risk. By booking with Off Beat Adventure Snow, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip, except where required by law.

  6. Use of Photos and Media
    We may capture photos and videos during our trips for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

  7. Changes to Itineraries
    Off Beat Adventure Snow reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, operational needs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to offer comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.

  8. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking or participating in any of our trips, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
